Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check In: 2:00pm - 5:00pm
Check Out: 10:00am
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
We require a copy of your credit card and i.d.
If no credit card we require a $200 cash bond.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late checkouts, if available incur a fee.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
PAYMENT IS TAKEN IN FULL ON BOOKING.
Paradise Isles accepts VISA, MasterCard & EFTPOS and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. This property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards
Q: What are the reception hours?
Office hours are:
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm
Sunday & Public Holidays: 8.30am - 10:00am
You will need to contact Reception on 07 5539 9907 to get access to your apartment before your arrival if arriving out of office hours.
Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Q: Does Paradise Isles take Schoolies Bookings?
Schoolies Policy - Unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of the school leavers during the annual "Schoolies Festival".
In particular we do not have the adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period mid November to early December."
Q: What happens to my deposit if I need to cancel my booking?
CANCELLATION POLICY
Paradise Isles adopts the following practice when dealing with cancellation of a holiday booking.
HIGH SEASON
If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $100.00 per apartment. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking.
An administration fee of $100.00 per apartment will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
MID & LOW SEASON
If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less and administration fee of $100.00 per apartment.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking.
An administration fee of $100.00 per apartment will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
SHORT NOTICE BOOKING
Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking.
An administration fee of $100.00 per apartment will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
CONFIRMED BOOKING
A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of $AUD250.00 per apartment will confirm a booking during mid and low seasons. A deposit of 50% of the total rental due or $AUD500.00 whichever is the lesser will confirm a booking in high season.
The balance of the tariff is due on arrival for low and mid season bookings and one month prior to arrival for high season bookings.
The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque with a covering letter and meeting bank charges.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Free Wifi is available in all apartments. There is also an on-site Internet Kiosk available for use.
Q: Is there car parking available?
Paradise Isles has secure parking under the building. You have one car space per apartment. If you have a second car, this will need to be parked on the road. You need an access key to park, which you will receive on checkin at Reception. Parking is FREE.
Q: Is all linen provided?
Full linen is provided.
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
Apartments are serviced weekly.
Q: Is the pool heated?
The swimming pool is Solar Heated and we also have a heated Spa which is attached to the pool.Q: Does Paradise Isles have spas or baths in rooms?
There are showers only in the bathrooms. There is a spa attached to the outdoor solar heated swimming pool in the grounds.Q: Are pets allowed?
No pets allowed.
Q: Can we organise a car rental through Paradise Isles?
We can organise a car rental for guests. We can have the car waiting at the Airport Terminal if so desired.
Q: Do apartments have hair dryers?
All apartments have hairdryers in the bathrooms.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise?
Paradise Isles is a short walk of approximately 12 minutes across the Chevron Island bridge into Surfers Paradise.
Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Yes, just a short 5 minute walk to the end of the street, a bus will take you South to the Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and North to Harbour Town Shopping Centre. All other buses run north and south along the highway every 5 minutes.

Q: How far away is the race track?
The Gold Coast Turf Club is 2.5km from Paradise Isles, or a 7 minute drive.
Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
The closest supermarket, Coles, is located under the Chevron Renaissance Building on the corner of Elkhorn Avenue and Ferny Avenue just over the Chevron Island bridge.
Car parking is free under the building if you spend $10 or more.
There is a parking time limit. There are also 2 small grocery stores on Thomas Drive in the Chevron Island Village - just a 3 minute walk.
Q: How far is Paradise Isles from Coolangatta and Brisbane Airports?
Paradise Isles is a 25 minute drive from Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Aiport.
Brisbane Airport is a 1 hour drive.
We can organise transfers which will pick you up on arrival at the terminal and drop you at our door. Payment is made to Paradise Isles on arrival for these transfers.
Q: Do we need a boat to get to Chevron Island?
Chevron Island has a bridge at each end for easy driving or walking access on and off the Island.
